At least 15 people have died in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas as violent storms and tornadoes swept through the region overnight Saturday. As of Sunday afternoon, more than 400,000 customers in Missouri, Arkansas and Kentucky had no power. Concerns about severe weather briefly delayed the 108th running of the Indianapolis 500.
