Is The Police Curse? by str8talk1: 1:19am On Nov 27, 2011
I am still finding it difficult to understand, why a Pastor that was notified of a member that died outside the church premises while doing cleanup today 26/11/2011 in Lagos should be detained for more than 8hrs at the Police station.
what was his(Pastor) offence? Because he came to the Police station to report the death of his sheep(member) and required Police report so that they can transport the deceased straight to the village with the knowledge of the deceased family.

Even after the family of the deceased insisted that they don't want they dimension this issue is going,as all what they wanted was to have their brother released to them from the morgue.

After, the intervention of the church's lawyer and Senior Pastor, the said Pastor was released after parting with the sum of N10,000 to the Police.

The reasons posited by the police officer that was engaged at the Police station, was that a 'foul play was suspected'. This was after an investigation had been carried to determine the actually cause of death and activities that lead to the death of the church member.

Are they(Police) trying to tell us, if Bishop Oyedepo or Pastor Adeboye should come to the Police station to report a death case, the same ordeal will befall them?

No wonder, the families of Police officers don't look like human beings, rather they live and think like people that should be confined in the jungle and caged.
