(1). Print ur UNILORIN admission letter from Jamb website using your scratch card {if u av one}. It must be in coloured.
(2). Go to UNILORIN admissions office and request for a Rejection form.
(3). After completion of the first column, u'l return it to the admission officer. It must be duly signed and stamped.
(4). Keep the form with you until after OAU matriculation whereby the second column wil then be signed by OAU admission officer with a payment of #3000.

Thats all. I dont think it'l affect our registration cos we av d same issue n i was assured of that by OAU admissions officer. But make sure to do step 1 to 3 now to avoid unneccessary delay later on.
