Can anyone help I have activated my airtel daily plan on my BB but cannot connect still not even able to use my BB messenger or whatsapp.and whenever I connect if I have anything above the N200 credit on my phone it will automatically take it to zero credit and the customer care will not answer.is this not a scam,they have taken close to N1000 from me this wk.

I have activated the daily plan since 5pm yesterday and up till this time (9am)today it still has not connected and when u call CC it says I'm sorry we are exp probs and u chopped my money,why is nigeria like this?this to me is a total scam if 100 customers exp this do u know how much they would ve made without rendering the service?

Can anyone help our I can get my money back?I can't be responsible for their weaknesses.I'm supposed to get the services I paid for and if not money back or you extend the plan for me

You may need to re-send the registration message to get your device registered. This you'll get under host routing table. Then confirm all APN settings are unchecked under TCP IP. .when you're done just do a hard reset. Also try running a diagnostics test

In march this year 2013, Airtel Nigeria Scam (ANS) removed my remaining 1.8GB and till date did out return it. Just yesterday, being 3rd July, 2013 airtel made away wit my 3GB of N5000 (hard borrowed cash) Airtel is a scam.
