The one-month grace given by the Nigerian Communications Commission to GSM operators to improve their services or face sanctions expired yesterday. Have they improved on their services? Let's hear your comments. I don't think they have improved. |

My phone was stolen at d Eyo festival on Saturday and I've been trying 2 retrieve My line d annoying aspect is dat Airtel customer service is always having difficulty. After managing 2 get dem dey did it for Me yestday morning and said I Should call dem by dat time 2morow to confirm if I can start using d new SIM when I called dis morning, dey said I can start using d SIM dat it has been activated but when I put d new SIM in d phone, SIM registratn failed and no network on d SIM I have been trying 2 call dem since noon to no avail. |
