Please I want to know the similarities & difference btw Cisco Security certification, Comptia security +, CISA and CEH.

I want to build a career in IT SECURITY. I hold a degree in Mathematics and presently on my Msc in
Information Science. Also hav certification lik CCNA & MCTS. I need the house to advice me on where to start frm, which one is more ok based on my above degrees with REASONS PLEASE!
