It's important that we brainstorm together on dis before we start, nd for dos dat ar yet to be admitted, i wil advice u also to obtain dis year's JAMB form to avoid spendin' wastin 2 years @ home.

gudday frnds, lets now face the reality, i gained admission on the 21st of september,,till now its almost up to 5 months,,,,,som are even ready to take 2012 utme exams, its not a rumor that theschool is not ready for us because of the following
1.) LECTURERS ARE DEMANDING FOR A 30 DAYS LEAVE,,WHICH THE SENATE IS STILL CONTEMPLATING,
2.) THE SIWES STUDENTS,,,I MEAN THOSE DOING THEIR I.T PROGRAM(ESPEIALLY) PART 2 AND PART 3 STAYLITES.
3.) am so bored bt my candid advice for all is to be reading,,,try and get all the book required for ur course,,start reading,,,,( dem dey read 4 here oooo),,,,,,,,stay blessed, going to faclty of admin to read,,,later

PROCEDURES FOR ALLOCATION & OCCUPATION OF BED SPACE



· ALLOCATION OF BED SPACE

FINAL YEAR and FRESH STUDENTS will be allocated BED SPACES by the EPORTAL on First come First Served basis subject to meeting the following conditions: For the other Categories of Students, information will be provided later (i.e. on Resumption).

i) Payment of Appropriate Fees for your FACULTIES/COURSES

ii) Registration of Courses

· OCCUPATION OF BED SPACE

Upon successfully allocated a Bed Space, you are required to carry out the following:

i) Payment of appropriate Accommodation Fees (Please do not pay Accommodation Fees if you are not successful to get a bed space as no refund will be made for such.).

ii) Print 3 copies of "BED SPACE CLEARANCE FORM"

iii) Sign the "BED SPACE CLEARANCE FORM" and present them to HALL WARDEN of the Hall for Signatories

iv) Submit the Signed "BED SPACE CLEARANCE FORM" as thus: 1 copy to DSA's Office, 1 Copy to the Hall Warde and retain the last copy





· APPLICATION FOR BED SPACE

From the Students Home Page on the E-PORTAL, simply click on "Request for Bed Space" under the INFORMATION ON ACCOMMODATION Section of the Home Page. The System will respond to your request if you meet the conditions for Allocation of Bed Spaces stated above and subject to availability of Bed Spaces for the Category of the Students.



· FORFEITING AWARD OF BED SPACE

You will forfeit your award of Bed Space on the following conditions:

i) Failure to pay the Appropriate Accommodation Fees within a period to be made known later

ii) Failure to submit the "BED SPACE CLEARANCE FORM" to the DSA and Hall Warden within a period of time to be determined by the Dean, Students Affairs



Each of the above will lead to losing the Bed Space to the Pool for other Students who need them.
