Nigerian judges are the main reason why EFCC, ICPC and SSS are not doing a good job. They arrest suspects and place charges against, only for them to appear in the court and be freed. EFCC has leveled charges against some corrupt politicians in court and the court will say that there is no proof. Recently, EFCC Chairperson was relieved of her job for non-performance but all the people she arraigned in court, none was convicted. Dora Akunyili of NAFDAC did a good job because she didnt take her case to court. Boko Haram spokesman, arrested by SSS was sentence to 3 yrs but Muttalab was sentenced to life in prison for attempting to blow aircraft. |
