I just got this job as an accountant in a private company which seems promising and exciting, the job environment is absolutely OK. starting up the job I came up with several challenges which includes proper book-keeping and accounts, the cashier was very terribly at start, she was the one handling the cash before I came and virtually every record of the company as regards financial dealings. while going through the records the company is indebted almost to the tune of 30M. I put up the loan repayment schedule in a manner at which it will be possible for the company to pay back out of our meager income, but my M.D's belief is that we will get a well paid job and pay up everything in no time. Am worried because I have this sympathy for him. your advise please.  |
