.this is Nigeria ..there is a climate of corruption that has not been dealt with....both the project executer & the project monitoring team are all corrupt....there will always be corruption..the only way masses enjoy small of the common wealth is through subsidy that reaches virtually all, either on heath, currency, education, essential product like fuel, flour, etc..
..any government that tell its citizen that it won't give any form of subsidy so that he it can do more is a criminal government....what is the more that they will do.? Are the things listed above not what the common man needs.
So when u take these things away ...what exactly will u give them when u say u will do mor?....national anthem? Mathematics in Yoruba language, student loan to pay the government back for less than 2million student out of 250million people..
