Hello NLders, I dont knw if any body is having a similar problem with glo netpro modem or is it only me? I bought dis glo 3g plus modem for abt 3wks nw bt av not been able to connect online with it. the worst is that my 5k data bundle will expire on d 24th of dis month without using up 2 10mb. Anybody with any solution or idea on how to correct dis? D sim is already registered. |

Have you called customer care? Have you verified from neighbours if glo connection is strong in your location? How about unlocking the modem and inserting another SIM to determine if it is the modem that is faulty? Have you tried it on another system to see if it will work? In my opinion I believe it is a network problem. |
