I sent money to my brother for Christmas stuff but I didn’t call him before sending it because I have his account as my beneficiary in my app only for me to call him this morning to confirm if he got the alert,,he told me the account has been having issues that they keep deducting money from the account and he never told me.

I asked him to check his account balance and the money I sent was gone,,,I messaged access bank on twitter and they said it has been rectified but the money will reflect after 24hrs.
But he called someone in the bank and he was told that his account was on loan and he still has an outstanding balance of 77k to pay but my brother never took any loan…..is it possible that one of the bankers used his account to take a loan or what?

Op,your bro ought to have paid them a visit in that bank since that started...I once had a similar problem with Eco bank back in 2018,that was how I forgot that account up till this very minute.

I have started suspecting him too
I asked him to go to the bank and instead of him to do that,,he called someone that works in the bank.

Check his app there's a loan icon it would display the load status both principals and balance
