The major problem the educted internet users had in last election in Nigeria was an avenue to coordinate their thoughts and ideas of who the right candidate is. 2015 is fast approaching and the youths of this country need to stand up and be counted, so we are not plagued with another odechukwu. A facebook group with 5 million members with a policy objective and manifesto would make our voice heard as candidates seeking office would be delibrated upon democratcally and vote cast, so we go to the polls with one voice. The link to the Facebook group is http://m.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_192980570793499&view=members&refid=7 while that of twitter is @youdparliament

You have got one position right though - it is the middle-class that will spring a revolution to upturn this decadent generation of aging politicians, however it is still the middle-class that remain the most stagnant of all potential activism pool since the ascendancy of "democracy" - The poor masses have far deeper worries that subsidy removal or corruption in high-places, they are too busy looking for the next meal, the next roof over their head and the next baby from their way-ward daughters sad It is the middle-class that should be talking and acting the revolution. Unfortunately they are the most docile, arm-chair activists on this planet - Action is what is needed, this class of corrupt leadership cannot be driven out of power by protests and frustrated talk. something tangibly fatal has to be done and facebook or blogs simply won't cut it.
