1) True Federation with self-governing states loyal to the FGN 2) Split Nigeria in 2 or 3 independent territories 3) Reduce the Number of Political Parties and Reduce Political office Nomination fee 4) Eliminate the Federally controlled Police system to Community Policing with states co-operation ( based on our geographic locations) 5) Reduce elected officers benefits and salaries and reduce immunity for elected officers ( POLITICIANS ABOVE THE LAW ) 6) Establish INDEPENDENT Regulatory Organisations to oversee and regulate business deals with government ( check and balance) 7) Re-write the constitution ( Sovereign National Conference) What do you guys think about these, Respond with your Number(s) of choice if you agree with any one of the methods. Nigerians in general i think are unique in our different ways, so we need to figure all these problems out before the next elections for a way forward. We should start planning what we want out of Nigeria in 2015. Lets hear what you guys say !!! |
