A Letter To Mr President And Nigerians by Nobody: 11:39am On Dec 28, 2011
It is with great displeasure and worries I write this short letter to the above respondents.

Since the past two years we have been witnessing grief moments on all days that were meant to be celebrated by Nigerians which include; Independence Day, Eid Kabir and Fitr, Christmas and Easter and as well as New year. Aside the everyday bombings across Nigeria most especially in the Northern Region.

These perpetrators aren't ghosts, they are citizens of this Country who walk freely across the entire nation.

The reasons of these suicidal crimes across the country are due to 'accumulated grievances' bottled up over the years by Nigerians.

Nigerian Leaders, past and present all had the opportunity to call for a "Sovereign National Conference" (SNC), bringing all 250 ethnic groups together to lay their complains on the board and look for a permanent solution but they all decided not to.

We had the Oputa Panel, Uwais Committee, amongst many others. All these committees were to bring a permanent solution to people's grievances. But due to the greed and hidden agenda of past leaders, all these reports were either hidden or never implemented.

Mr President, Nigeria is presently sitting on a keg of Gun Powder waiting to be Exploded, if you really mean well for Nigeria and Nigerians, call for a meeting with all worried factions across Nigeria and calm tempers because if things continue in the next few months, Nigeria is heading for a Civil War. Either you are ready to accept it or not.

Drop the idea of Fuel Subsidy Removal for now and tackle the most urgent issue of bringing back peace to Nigeria. These whole bombings and terrorist attacks goes way beyond religion differences.

New Year is in some few hours time and we all know what is most likely to happen again.

TAKE NOTE: violence might start and maintain a War, but ONLY 'Pen and Paper' (different factions coming to an agreement) will end it.

ACT FAST IF YOU MEAN WELL!
