There was a moment of uncontrollable exhilaration among members of the Believers Council in Delta State as Hon Dr. Chris Oghenechovwen donated over 200 bags of rice and 1million naira cash to the body for X mass celebration. The Believers Council which is an umbrella body of the intellectual community in Delta State express its profound gratitude to the former federal law maker for putting smile on the faces of members of the Believers Council in this yuletide season.
