Very interesting. Any update since December on the budget house? What materials are you using? Sand bags? Is there electricity in the neighbourhood?

Maybe you could also try doing 2-bedroom with living room etc on 100 X 50 for around 1.1million or thereabout.

That could house a family of 4 on low income.

We need ideas to help low income people.
