Can somebody help me I need to stop etisalat Blackberry daily internet renewal on my phone I have call them repeatedly it is like the customer care officer are not well versed on their job- I have send *399*2# repeatedly but my money is still being deducted I want to use the balance to buy easyblaze they did not sell so far they have deducted 400 without browsing please intelligent nairalander help me before 2000 go to the drains

etisalat is really stupid with their daily bis plan, ive been to their office twice for the removal of the daily bis but each time they tell me it has been removed but the damn thing keeps deducting #100 from my account every 6a.m i swear the thing don tire me im even planning to dump the line seff

@op, I bet you are not using Blackberry phone. I did the same on my Nokia phone just to activate my Etisalat 3G. It did work but later I noticed that whenever I recharged my phone, Etisalat often deducted #100 as renewal subscription fee for the day. And I couldn't browse with this package, I can only browse their mobile portal and nothin else. I talked with 2 customer care agents about it and they said that Etisalat Blackberry service is another package on its own that if I don't want my money to be deducted again, I will need to migrate back to Easy Cliq. I did just that and since then; no more #100 deduction. You can try this, hope it works for you.
