I notice that every time there is a report from the media about any violent act or killings in a place and when the police PRO or commissioner is contacted over the issue it is either they say they've not receive any report of such or they say the no of killings differs from what the public or media gave out even if it is a problem that was triggered by the police, they will always defend themselves that it wasn't started by them, cant we have a time when the police will confirm an incident and it will tally with what the public or media says and will accept responsibility for it. so the question is if the police always give such false report, how will corruption be curbed from their side.
