As a die-hard fan of African football, I will watch as many matches as possible, especially those involving Ghana, CIV and Senegal.

The 3 of them are the favourites. If CIV dont win this, this generation cannot win it again. I root for CIV or Senegal though; I don't like Ghana, they disrespect Nigeria too much.

STARS TO WATCH
Mousa Sow - Senegal/Lille - Highest Goal scorer in French Ligue 1 last season with 25 goals
Demba Ba - Senegal/Newcastle - you EPL buffs all know him
Dede Ayew - Marseille/Ghana - Marseille player of the season, last season
Kelvin Prince Boateng - Ghana/Milan - you know him too
Seydou Doumba - CSKA/CIV - CIV's hottest prodigy

Plus the known faces like Gervinho, Toure brothers, Chamakh and almost spent forces like Drogba etc

This ANC will be interesting!

I think everyone is sleeping on Guinea. They can surprise everyone. They have a good team that can go all the way.

One guy to watch out is Alhassane Bangoura who plays for Rayo Vallecano in the La Liga. He's very fast and skillful left winger. He has been outstanding so far this season.
