Singapore is a developed nation in case you don't know. Which African country can you compare with Singapore? Ignorance is not bliss.

Developed but what pathway is there to PR for a Nigerian citizen? Most companies there don’t even look at applications from Nigerians, it’s on the same scale of hatred towards Nigerians as their next door neighbor Malaysia (Justifiably). If you have never travelled to Singapore and get grilled at immigration, you will know except you are the top of the top , the society doesn’t want anything to do with you.

Criminality doesn't know tribe or religion. There are people in yoruba land dealing on hard substances as well as from other states. It plain ridiculous the media propaganda is mostly against the Igbos. Nonetheless, search Google, you will find thousands of Yoruba name and even people from my own tribe(Urhobo) that deal on these things.

With this present mentality an average Nigerian has , those from Eastern Nigeria inclusive. If at all, Biafra Republic come into existence, IT WILL ALSO BE A FAILED STATE.
We need a paradigm shift towards humanity and patriotism.The ugly vice of cheating is now so rampant.A follower who have this mindset of cheating his fellow human, when he became a political leader , expect looting promax to the detriment of his constituency development.

There are Nigerians working and living in Singapore, No?
Personally i have been there twice when i lived in Johor Bari. Talking about immigration, Australia immigration is a lot more tougher to deal with as a person from these parts of the world. Singapore is just a highly disciplined society nothing more.

Never said there aren’t Nigerians there, I have been there myself (way overrated). But this article is making it seem like it’s an easy route to PR in Singapore when there clearly are easier countries (you only need to compare the percentage of Nigerians with PR in Singapore with any country of similar status). Trust me listen to accounts of people sent packing at the airport in Singapore (with proper documents and reservations) while you might be grilled in Australia nothing compares to what you will face in Singapore. Your one or two time experience doesn’t reflect the overall experience of Nigerians that have travelled to these two countries.

I've lived in South East Asia for over a decade now so i am talking from experience and not based on other people's opinions like you.

Where in South east Asia? Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia all places I have lived, never stepping a foot in Indonesia tho. Cos I have been traveling in south east Asia for 18years. And Singaporeans have a reputation for being snobbish (a little better than the Koreans) even within the country towards darker skin Asians. So, it isn’t exactly the most welcoming for anyone without a strong background and professional skills. So please tell me how other opinions influenced my experience when I have been handling documents before you even saw a plane? Peep the name, no be today. I’m guessing you are one of those people that will lure people into countries like this, only for them to discover their Nigerian degrees won’t create any stable life for them there.
