Please help!
I formatted my computer and after formatting, I tried to print a document but the document was sent to the printer and nothing appeared on the paper meaning that the printer did not print it out.
Please what should I do?

There is ink in the printer catridge. I bought ink and refilled it but the printer still could not print.
Pls, what do you think I should do?

@poster, try to change the cable that you used to conneect your printer to the system (be it USB or Parallel cable). Trying this trick always solve the kind of problem sometimes.

1. Make sure you have installed the printer driver correctly. 2. Run a test print on your printer first. 3. check power and usb cables.
