Hello fellow nairalanders.

A friend intends to buy a 3 bedrm flat @ Ikosi- Ketu Shangisha for #12m.
It's a storey building comprising of 2 uints of 3 bedrm flat on an half plot.
Inside each flat is made of spanish tiles on the floor, pvc, pop & each room ensuite but the size of the sitting room is small, not even up to the size of a standard room/sitting room.
Can someone pls advice? we're not sure it's ok to buy.
