Don't know about tracking the device unless you have Blackberry Protect installed. Maybe next time you get a Blackberry device, ensure you install Blackberry Protect and follow all instructions. Cheers |

You have to have blackberry protect installed with Full BIS suscription on it for you to track it, I know this for sure! |

if you have proof of ownership go to mtn office they will help trace the phone... one of my guy is in police detection up till now he bought a stolen phone.... mtn traced the phone and he was arrested |
