I know one major problem is the world bank loan which is draining resources from interest payments. But is it their fault that our leaders are thieves and not able to use those loans judiciously.
Or wars? Why can’t Africans live peacefully among themselves?
Or exploitation of natural resources? Why can’t African add value to the natural resources and control price of final product?
Why must we blame others for self inflicted wounds?

It's a very risky thing though.
Once caught as an employer, you pay a fine of £60,000.
And I think other sanctions would likely follow.
Some employers even want you to come physically with your International Passport before you are hired despite having other documents in place.

Some employers would still take their chances.....

Why say what is not evident? Maybe you don't understand the meaning of digital IDs. Your NIN, BVN are all examples of digital IDs because with them, you can't do one thing or the other. Other countries around the world use different digital IDs for different purposes. Do you know your sim card is an example of a digital ID (Subscriber Identification Module). Don't be like the man who prophesied rapture and misled others despite his conviction. And for the guy you mentioned, I've got reservations about him/her.
