I am in urgent need for specific information on how much ZENITH BANK PLC pays its entry level staff. I.e, tellers at the counter, most especially B.Sc holders?

My dear friend is in urgent need of this information, as it will determine if she will have to resign at her present job or just stick to it.

I need people with facts (preferable people working in zenith bank) and not those just assuming.

Hello! Goodluck to ur friend. Entry level is 108k. Probation period is 1year and within dat probation period she will not be entitled to anytin till after confirmation. Where is your friend working at d moment?and why does she wanna quit? Tellering job in d bank for a BSC holder doesnt worth it because anybody can do d job, there is no special training and its a risky one. its best she stays where she is IF there are career prospects dere.

i left banking job cos u work like a slave. no life i dnt envy u. i do my biz nw employed 2 graduate. go their and be very smart to leave in a short while. their pay is like 100k. cash & teller is no no for you

its 108k irrespective of the dept you are. 108k is a good start for anybody oooo. if i have all the time with no moni, den pple will call u lazy. all the best

its a crying shame what our certificate can/cannot  obtain for graduates today. pray, is't that the same amount paid to ND holders working as tellers in banks like oceanic et al ? na wao!

Why complicating things for yourself na? That figure 108k, is called NETPAY. After everything deductible has been deducted.

The entry-level pay may seem poor compared to other banks but after the first promotion, the pay profile changes dramatically, with the addition of Housing upfront, profit bonus, leave allwce, 13th month, etc.

And on top of that ZB is a very safe place to work in.

I don't know what your friend does presently, for us to proffer a better advice on job choice.

Are you serious, 108k net pay is not bad at all. I dont think most banks in Naija pay up to that for their entry level staff.

Good to work in a bank as an entry level BUT not as a Teller.

You could ask round, about that of GTB and First bank. Don't know about Oceanic and Intercontinental (well, before the acquisition by Access bank).

Hey bro, got d same sms but i'm contemplating on going cos i could remember d position we applied for was Retail banking. I later learnt dat retail banking is marketing & i don't think i want that kind of job irrespective of the pay. Goodluck to u & others.
