This is Lagos.....the land of aquatic squalor.............Onitsha multi storey buildins are better than these!

Police and army barracks

Some of those old structures are standard structures compared to this modern ones with flashy designs just that we lack maintenance culture here in naija

One of the numerous reasons I have vowed never to live in Festac and Gowon Estate. Very old, dirty and dilapidation Jakande Buildings, very bad and terrible roads leading to the estates.

Definitely one of the festac housing unit.

I haven't but this one looks like all those police barracks, Army NCO's barracks in Obalande, apapa, yaba etc.. or even navy NCO's quarters in Ajegunle malu road
