Have You Ever Lived On A Street Where Their Transformer Always Blows? by Truvelisback(m): 7:12am On Jan 17
Good day, fellas. Have you ever lived in a Street that their transformer always explode or develop mysterious fault? As in ehn! You would start wondering whether it is witchcraft.

The street rarely have power because when power becomes stable, the transformer would mysteriously develop fault and this could last for months.

Who can relate? grin

Yes, rumour come dey fly around say evil people are always using the spot where the transformer dey as their gathering every night for their meeting so for this they have to always spoil the transformer grin

On the real note ,most transformers in many streets are old with high consumption and are managed by quack electricians whereby they are liable to go bad in a short time.

Instead,na the cable wire dem dey steadily dey steal grin. Imagine employing a well known criminal as a civil defense guard in an area where properties of the residents are always stolen,what do you expect? grin. That was the case in my former area...

100%... only when we called the head of phcn lagos b4 they got a brand new one...infact he personally came himself with his entourage.... if not that it'd a wealthy area , that man no go send anybody... I was surprised that the head of phcn in lagos will come himself .... cos a top shot that stay in same street called Ambode back then

for my street, we could have good light for days , all of a sudden some light could trip off and our light would always be part

Jakande estate, isolated, that nepa to be precise, you see that canal view estate in same area? That's another story cos nepa dem dey come tiff something for the transformer until we catch them one day.

Yes, Tip Top Road off Psychiatric Road Port Harcourt, na every week their transformer dey blow when I was there from 2011 to 2016. One time like that, the transformer catch fire, we dey in darkness for almost a year grin

I'm not talking about 70's and 80's because that time Nigeria was still America.
