If Obi was a clever presidential candidate, he would have understood Soludo has power of incumbency and should have tread wisely. You don’t call an election where you lost at your polling booth a monetized one and expect the winner to be quiet. Can Obi swear with his life if he never pay his way to influence elections in the past? I just pity many of you e-warriors cos politics is different from the noise and unnecessary sympathy you kids display online.

You people should just tell Obi to accept the vice presidential slot to Atiku in the next election cos standing alone, he can’t get up to 5million votes in the whole country. Nigerian electorates had moved beyond his ethnoreligious kind of politics.

Obi insisted that Governorship will be zoned, and that it should be the turn of Anambra North, Soludo is from Anambra South. What annoys Soludo is the manner Obi did it... Obi assured him privately it would be open, he went to pick the APGA form, then during the screening, he was screened out. It was indeed humiliating. That has been Soludo's grouse ever since.

What is Obi's crime, a journalist asked him about his assessment of the election, that was on the election day, even before the results arrived. Part of what he said is that he is not a candidate since he has left the League 13 years earlier. That he left Division 1 (governorship contest and politics) and now in the bigger league (running for president). He never mentioned Soludo or anyone and his statement is not an insult but pure statement of facts that he is no longer in governorship race. Now Soludo is crying as if anyone insulted him. Like I said, Soludo is too petty for the office he occupies, just too petty for that position. Is Obi in the same league of Governorship as Soludo? And political platform of APGA that gave Soludo victory is the party Obi built and made beautiful and acceptable to Anambra people till date
