In nigeria today a lot of people now go into the teaching career for the sake of just been employed. However, the teaching profession is just more than that! Teaching is a calling. One who is coming into this profession have to have certain attributes such as patience, love for children, passion, endrance, creativity, emotional balance, cordination and selflessness. As a teacher one should be able to have an average knowledge of relevant societal issues and have a strong knowledge of his or her subject matter.
