i bought two mtel lines in Jos,basically for browsing.mtel have two types of lines.mtel Biz talk & mtel.the former can't just work on any phone,but it have been automatically configured for browsing.i went to their office in jos and swap the biz talk line with their normal mtel line.unfortunately,in jos there is no mtel network for now.on getting to school(u.i)i discovered that there is mtel service in the campus.i just called their customer care with my mtel line for the first time,since i bought my line.moreover no credit on my line.i know how to configure mtel gprs.well,guys,i will keep you people posted,if i start browsing with my mtel line.guys,get ready to get yourselves mtel line for browsing.cheers.

Honsule dont be disappointed at dudes here,rather you should blame mtel cos their network service here is very poor plus their sims are very difficult to find here,mtel is only useful in the north.

mtel has a customer care office in Ikeja off Oba akran Avenue, i think its on Adeniji Jones Avenue you can get a sim there.

Guys,after for about 2 months that mtel network just vanished in my vicinity,i inserted my mtel line today and it picked network:full bar.I called their C.C and ask about their free call.I was told their free mtel to mtel call is still on 24/7.calls to other network is 57kobo.I asked about their gprs is not available at the moment,was the replied.Note:if you have mtel network just drop the number here let Hon.Sule do the calling.@dragnet i still have your mtel number,just insert it let me Hala u.(don't tell me your account is showing NEGATIVE O.) I think that is even a more convenient way of attending to u guys.Mtel my beloved mtel network is not yet dead.
