I bought universal modem yesterday and i've been trying to configure it with Airtel network but its just showing searching for network for more than 2 hours. So,later someone told me that i would have to unlocked the modem first before i can use it. Please help me out on how to do this. Thanks a lot

Guys plz i just bought a universal moderm.I can't browse with it.I put mtn,i got a setting still it not browsing.
I put glo it shows globdirect still no work.
I put etisalat is shows searching for network.

USERNAME: internet

APN: internet.ng.zain.com

Its universal, you don't need to unlock it. Input apn settings above for airtel. Thatz all

Could you beliv the tin now works at its on will. The only advice is to jst keep tryn 0o, but yu have to mk sure those settings are correct. I discovered that it is always close to working when it is late at night (my observation tho) but to be candid. That tin netwrk power is poor compared to othe powerful universal modems

Seems you bought the fake one too. You can only enjoy that modem if your 3G network stable

I'm experiencing the same thing here. It was working fine before now. When I click connect now, it shows authenticating and then disconnects. I'm not sure it's the network cos I changed the sim from Glo to MTN but it's still the same.
