We always think when asked to pray, it's only about our individual needs and wants. But newsflash, that is not the Kingdom pattern.

The Kingdom pattern is "Our Father, who art in Heaven", this signifies calling the name of Jesus when we pray. So we begin our prayers with "In Jesus Name".

Then, "Hallow be thy name", here, the emphasis is on thanksgiving. You enter his throne or courts with thanksgiving. You thank God first, before making any demands.

Next is "Thy Kingdom Come". This refers to Kingdom Advancement Prayers. Pray for the service happening tomorrow. Let multitudes gather, and let the unsaved amongst them get their salvation. Pray for signs and wonders as the word goes forth. Remember Mathew 6:33, your own needs will be met as you pray for others.

I'm a living proof that Mathew 6:33 works. When I need something, rather than pray for myself, I pray for others in my Church that have similar desires and God in turn answers my request.

As Pst Mrs Faith Oyedepo constantly says "God is too faithful to fail". Make Mathew 6:33 your prayer anchor this year.

Why do we need to pray for the services happening tomorrow Sunday, do you truly need Sunday service to advance the kingdom?

I thought if you want to advance the kingdom you will take the gospel away from the church to people like Muslims, African traditionalists, atheists, etc. You will take the gospel to where they are like what Paul and the apostles did, traveling from one place to another.

Because looking at the church on Sundays, you can't find one Muslim or atheist there
