I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a dual-band router from him, but only the 2.4GHz band was functional. To make matters worse, I spent an additional 19k on return delivery fees, bringing my total expenditure to 54k for a faulty product.

Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, he failed to provide a working replacement and refused to refund my initial 35k payment, even after I offered to let him deduct 4k for his trouble. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in online sellers. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this person; ensure you thoroughly test any item before completing your payment, as it is nearly impossible to secure a refund once he has your money, even if you return the defective product.
