Its very close to 1month since i rcivd a text from ecobank claiming dat i can now do ATM transactions at ecobank or oceanic ATM posts without being charged an additional 100 naira,
I keep gettin shoked weneva i use it, it keeps chargin me 100box for every transaction,
Each time i report to the customer service unit, dey promise to fix it, But it still repeats itself,
Please can someone clarify me on dis issue? Probably an oceanic/ecobank staff, Cos i really nid to understand if i should still suspend d oceanic aCcount and switch back to the other ones,
