₦airaland Forum

Dear nairalanders,

I am creating this thread with a heavy heart after losing millions of Naira to crypto and I'm completely at my lowest that on several occasions, I've thought of committing suicide but remembering my aged mother who this would greatly affect is why I'm still holding up.

After this loss, I gather the little funds available to get a container which I intend to use for charging and POS but it was not to completely set it up. I have 5acres of land in ilaro which I have registered with the bureau of lands and fenced round. I have tried selling even 1acre from the land to kickstart this business but all to no avail

I have tried to get loans from microfinance bank like lapo and grooming center, all of them are not willing to give loan because it's a new startup and not and existing business

I am humbling calling on anyone interested in buying the land. I just want to sell 1acre

Or if I can see anyone to lend me the sum of #500,000 just for 4months with interest and I'll use the land documents as collateral. I've also built a 3-bedroom flat on the land though still at lintel level, all documents are intact. Please help a brother who is fighting so hard to start life afresh after falling. Thanks so much

Where is your location and would you be willing to use the land as a collateral for the loan provided it is in the city and you have the right/valid land documents?

My location is Ilaro, ogun state. I am willing to use the land documents as collateral. These are the documents on the land:
1. Registered survey
2. Family Receipt

Thanks as I await your response
