There is no reason to be confused;your money is not lost.Print the payment page(containing transaction details),and take it to the customer care of your bank,explain the problem to the rep.However,if they can't help,go to UNIBEN and the problem will be fixed.Cheers

The estimates that metaphysicist made here is just about right though could be lower but you can never tell, NOBODY KNOWS WHAT OSHODIN IS CAPABLE OF NOW so you should never try to estimate based on the past because this increment in school fess and acceptance fee has never happened in the past. it is better to overestimate than underestimate, you can shout at metaphysicist now because of the high estimate but if he proves to be right and you didn't bring up to that amount, you will not have anybody to blame or to lash your anger on.
