U re d first person launching dis form of complaints nd I don't knw wat 2 say on dis. But i will advice u check ur account balance first, den if reali it was debited den u ve no option dan 2 go straight 2 Uniben ICT unit nd officially launch ur complaint with proof. So don't delete d text sent 2 u by ur bank oh.
