It is clear to me that you haven't experienced or witnessed Adenuga's bad manners in action. Therefore, it wouldn't be fair to judge or criticize your post. But it makes no sense to defend what you do not know.
When something is great around it is only right to praise and recommend it to others, but when something is bad and unGodly it is also ok to voice it out and make others aware of it.
I refuse to allow Adenuga's wealth or senseless gifts or substandard employment opportunities he provides to stop me from letting others know the true character of this vicious tyrant.
What i have stated has nothing to do with the way he made his money or his toughness. My focus is on how he treats human beings and his other evil ways.
He doesn't like to meet too many people or go out of his unrealistic circle because he knows how his uncontrolled, uncaged and unGodly behaviour could spill out at any time.
If you want to criticize me for for this, please go right ahead. But when the sh1t hit home you will definitely remember me.

We can not allow human beings to be treated less than animals because we are being fed our favorite food. It isn't right and must not be accepted.

Iam very shocked and surprised that a man that has employed thousand of nigerians and is still helping a lot of others through his different investments in NIgeria is being insulted this way. Is this how to thank him? the COO Globacom has resigned? And so what? what happened when Adrian wood resigned at MTN?, Gentlemen, the man deserves all accolades for investing in NIgeria and shaming those who choose to keep their money abroad.

God bless Mr. Adenuga and prolong his life so that more people gain employment from any of his companies. Adenuga could have decided to keep his money or invest it somewhere else, but chose to do it in his country. Kudos!

Amen 3 times.
We can not grow if we continue to praise poison because we are being fed our favorite food. Just because Adenuga provides employment opportunities doesn't give him permission to treat human beings (physically and mentally) like animals or behaves viciously.
I refuse to criticize any of you people, because you have no idea of what you're defending. The little bones Adenuga throw here and there has given you good reasons to submit your moral standard for nothing.

Adenuga is great for providing employment opportunities in Nigeria and all around Africa, but only uninformed would make big deal out of this greatness. Mike Adenuga himself and people around him understand my point

Payless,
Adenuga can not be defended. Many that held your position in the past regret it. The man is so unpredictable, full of bad manners and can't control himself. when the sh1t hit home you will remember me.
Providing employment or toughness or how he made his money isn't the case here. We are discussing his bad manners and unGodly behaviour. There is nothing a man can provide or give that would give him permission to mistreat human beings. Defending Adenuga's bad manners is further sinking the future of Nigerians.
Instead of trying to criticize my posts or points, you should set aside job opportunities you keep on drumming and research the true vicious character of Mike Adenuga around town.

This isn't about me. Forget me, just go out there and do your research before coming out to defend Mike.
After you finish your research, if God is what you worship you will stay away from defending Adenuga.

Mike Adenuga is a typical example of a pair of cheap rubber shoes made in China, but packaged in a box that says made in Italy.
This is the best way to describe this man, he is not close to the person you people think he is.

I must say that I have followed the trail with mixed feelings. What is the noise all about? If an employee leaves a company, what noise is there? I have seen some comments coming from some people who could have done a thesis on a subject they are ill-informed. How did nairaland get this 'story'? From orijoreporters.com!!! Check the antecedents of that website. They specialise in maligning people's names and they have a long list. The last time they hurriedly wrote a story on Adenuga and it proved to be false, they never retracted. Nairaland has a name to protect and should not lend itself to attention (money) seeking people. If I start a website and paste a story that Oluwaseun Osewa is romancing people's wives, does that make a story? I think we should also avoid creating an outlet for people who were sacked for fraud to vent their spleen. I have friends whose relatives work in Adenuga's company and they say if you do not steal his money, you have job security. May God help us to dispassionately focus on the real issues in our environment rather than this unending pull-him-down-at-all-cost project. Wishes are never horses.

It is never possible to live without haters. It is such people like rimms that we all need to continue to move forward while they sulk at our successes. I am sure the Globacom owner recognises this as a tonic for continuous achievement. rimms should please keep it up. If you dont like a man, do something better that the world can see. It is what people like Adenuga, Dangote etc have done that we can talk about. I pray you can invest some good energy in some venture that the world can talk about. But please leave out his family, however much you may want to express your inner pain.

Thanks rimms, I am actually sitting down, on your advise. If you will take mine, please find something productive to do with your energy so the world can praise or condemn you too. The man you are dissipating your energy to pull down is getting better and he will continue to. You are insignificant compared to the huge number of lives he has continued to touch all over Africa. Those people are not stupid. My friend just sent me an sms about his colleague whose treatment for a debilitating ailment was sponsored abroad by Adenuga. After he returned, he has been looking for an opportunity to personally express gratitude. He has not been able to. From the foundation of the world, we have never lacked good and bad people. You have to choose where you want to belong. The good thing is that some people would rather do good and not make noise about it while some people would spend a fortune of otherwise valuable resources to pull down those doing good.

Which one do you belong to?

The same way you have a friend that Mike has touched his life I too know 1000s of other people that have benefitted from Mike's wealth, gifts or generosity. And this totally has nothing to do with my points.
Just because you touch people's lives doesn't justify your vicious ways of treating people.
Mike Adenuga, his family and people around him clearly know that he has to change his unGodly ways or else something bad may happen very soon. Infact, as things continue to change for better in Nigeria, more people are starting to think deeper than just what they want to eat, Mike Adenuga is left with no choice, but to start working on improving his bad manners around town. This is why he can not afford to stop doing what people like you worship the most (giving out gifts).
When Nigerians stop worshipping gifts, material elements and develop self respect, we will all grow beyond expectations.
Again Chinasae, go find yourself somewhere to sit.
There is nothing this man can give that will justify his irrational, unstructured, uncaged, unGodly behavior.
Until Mike Adenuga finds himself and eradicate suckers like you, he will remain liability to himself, his family, his so so called friends and to Nigeria.

Chinasae,
if you're intelligent, you will understand that this is not to pull this man down, but asking him to improve his evil ways in general. This will only make him the greatest of all time. Right now he is far from being the greatest, he knows it, his people also know this fact. In life, there are a little bit more than just money and creating job opportunities.

It is not an easy task to operate any business in Nigeria or to generally deal with Africans.
As Mike is not perfect just like any other human being, I still think he deserves credit for being able to be success this much and for this long.
I believe at this point, he will only improve while he continues to turn the impossible to become possible all over Africa.
Please, give the man a break.

Globacom’s Chief Operating Officer, Muhammed Jameel Hit By Strange Illness
*** Flown to India for TreatmentEvents | Yemoja News | March 5, 2012 4:43 PM

http://yemojanews.com/2012/03/05/globacoms-chief-operating-officer-muhammed-jameel-hit-by-strange-illness-flown-to-india-for-treatment/
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Group Chief Operating Officer of Africa’s telecom giant, Globacom, Muhammed Jameel is seriously ill.

And according to investigations carried out by yemojanews.com, all efforts to find solution to Jameel’s health problem had hit brick wall.

A competent source informed us that the illness which started around mid last year was attended to by top rated medical doctors and specialists but no cure could be found.

Therefore, in November 201, Jameel’s family decided to fly him to India in order to find cure to his health problem.

We were told Dr. Mike Adenuga, the billionaire owner of Globacom supported the idea of taking Jameel to his home country for proper treatment.

However, four months after he had been in India, we are yet to be informed if Jameel’s health has improved or not.

Meanwhile, the absence of the Globacom Chief Operating Officer in office and without the management issuing an official statement has fuelled speculations that Jameel has resigned.

But yemojanews.com can state authoritatively that Jameel is seriously ill and presently in India.

I heard that immediately the news of this topic got to Adenuga's team, they quickly released the news of Jameel's illness. Whether this news of Jameel's illness is true or false, time will tell.
But I am glad that Mike Adenuga has already started to do something about the news of his bad manners and unGodly ways of operations. We can only hope for the best. A great legacy starts from treating all human beings fairly, the way you would want to be treated.
Anybody can give out big gifts and provide employment opportunities, but it takes a real man to maintain an everlasting integrity. This is the only way this man will be listed among the greatest of all time 100 years after he is no longer around.

Poster,
With the zeal you have been responding to peoples comments, seems you were hired to assassinate Adenuga's character.
Did Jameel hire you to rubbish him or where you sacked from GLO?
Are you the one to judge him even if he is evil?
what are you seeing about Adenuga that we are not seeing?
Are you a perfect being? Dont you have your own faults and weaknesses? why dont you concentrate on improving on your own weaknesses which you definitely have?
You should be attacking the Senator representing your constituency who sits in Abuja and has done nothing to improve life in the constituency, not Adenuga.
Whatever it is that you may be seeing about Adenuga, Nigerians are not interested.
I advise you to open a training school and start training people esp CEOs on the topic 'Good Manners'
You will make big money.

Imagine a Nigerian rubbishing another Nigerian, a big investor in the economy and employer of labour, all because of an Indian!
The Indians are the worst employers anywhere.
Re: COO, Mohammed Jameel Leaves Glo Over Mike Adenuga’s Bad Manners by rimms(m): 7:00pm On Mar 07, 2012
Mr. Ayodele,
I will not judge you, instead, I will respect your comment because that is how much you know.
We, Nigerians usually find it almost impossible to directly relate to things that doesn't benefit us. So, I am not totally surprised that you find it difficult to understand the main idea of this topic.
I'm not supporting Jameel or anybody, infact, this topic is far way too big for Jameel. All I am focusing on is what I know and I have witnessed too many times. Like I have mentioned in the past, Adenuga, his family and all other people around him know that Oga must change his ways or else time will catch up and the end result may not be favorable.
There is no question that this man is special, this is is not the point. Things could be even better for him and his people if he's smart enough to make adjustments in some areas.
What I have revealed here is only 1% of what I know that aren't too great about this man. The objective here is not to paint him black, but to let him know that a great legacy starts from how you treat others and not just giving out gifts and employment opportunities. What people who know you very well will say when you're no longer here.
Mike Adenuga is an icon and not just an average Nigerian. Things will be better for him and for Nigeria if he improves the way he viciously treat human beings.
Mr. Ayodele, you do not have to listen to me or believe me, but sooner or later you or one of friends or family members will experience what I've addressed here. And you will remember me.

@rimms
Is this manner of embarassing Adenuga the way to convey the message to him?
Is this how the change will come?
Are you not killing an ant with a sledge hammer the way you have done?
You are on the internet. Dont you know the incalculable damage you are causing the man and his businesses?
If you destroy the man because he offended you, dont you imagine the millions of Nigerians whose livelihood is tied to his businesses and what they will suffer as a result? And you know that the economy is weak and unemployment rates are high
If you have a message, why dont you come out in the open?
why are you presenting your campaign by hiding behind an anonymous name on nairaland?
Please leave Mike Adenuga alone. Or are you Jameel?
Re: COO, Mohammed Jameel Leaves Glo Over Mike Adenuga’s Bad Manners by rimms(m): 10:32pm On Mar 07, 2012
At first, I thought you knew Mike Adenuga, but from what you have posted I can now say you do not know the man. Because of this, understanding any of my points becomes very challenging.
Nobody on this planet has the audacity to tell "Mr. little God" anything. And this is the fact about Mike for more than 25 years. He doesn't listen to anybody, you don't even get a chance to say anything or else your neck is gone. And this is the problem this man is facing, he is so out of touch it is unbelievable. Every single human being around him only says or tells him what he wants to hear, and 9 out of 10 times what is being fed isn't true. The protocol around his team, companies and people around him is, tell Oga what he wants to hear and you will forever make more money.
The only way anyone can to get through to him and what Mike is scared of the most is being genuinely exposed to the world. He hides himself because he has a lot to hide. His uncaged behavior and dark sides is one of the things he hides. Infact, Mike continues to struggle in some areas because of his lack of integrity and bad manners.
Those of us that know this man know that he needs to change. This would only make him a better man and Nigeria will also be proud of him more than ever.
Mr. Ayodele, in a nut shell, Mike Adenuga will not change unless he is exposed to the world.

I went thru entire discussion. Issues are either end, be it Mike Adenuga or Jameel. Globacom HR is also in the root of employees issues. ED-HR is the source of information to Chairman and he has no idea of ABC of HR practices. Like human body, every department contributes to the organisation structure. HR is the eyes and brain of an organisation. Needless to say, HR is hopeless. Sangowawa is brainless. This greedy old slowpoke will leave Globacom after his last breath and after ruining the organisation completely.

rimms: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, MOHAMMED JAMEEL LEAVES GLOBACOM OVER MIKE ADENUGA’S BAD MANNERS

http://www.orijoreporters.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1827:steve-ojo-loved-child-revealed&catid=36:behind-the-news&Itemid=81

The Group Chief Operating Officer of telecommunication giant, Globacom, Mohammed Jameel is a very patient person. But for some reasons, Otunba Mike Adenuga was bent on discovering the limits of his patience. And last year December, Jameel’s patience evaporated as he left Nigeria for his country, India and has refused to return.

His action was apparently due to Globacom owner, Otunba Mike Adenuga’s non-adherence to best practice, which sparked war between them. An interesting example of jungle employer, the Ijebu-born billionaire gives his employees an amazing amount of poo, including those in the management team.

Loud-mouthed, Adenuga has a history of hurling abuse at his employees. It is said that he is also quick at regaling his employees with tales of how he made it early in life when they disagree with him on official matters. “When Otunba’s view on an issue is not shared, he insists that his would be the official position of the company, and he would berate anyone with different views” said inside sources.

A disturbing mantra, Otunba Adenuga has also created an atmosphere of mistrust in Globacom with the accounting method in operation. He is the only one who signs the company’s cheques. Last year when he slumped in his Lagos office at Adeola Odeku in Victoria Island, and was flown abroad for medical attention, many companies that Globacom was indebted to, waited for several days for his return before they got paid.

This crude management, ruptured the ties between Otunba Adenuga and Globacom Group Operating Officer, Mohammed Jameel who had long been swallowing his frustration until last December when he walked out on the job, and left for his country, India. “Jameel did not even resign, he just left like that. The last time something like this happened, we had to wait for his arrival before some jobs were done. But now we are going about our jobs as usual” a Globacom staff who craved anonymity told orijoreporters.

However, long before Jameel’s action, his deputy, Mr. Kenhoul, a Briton was furious at the unfair way Adenuga treats his employees, and had walked out on him and his job, and went back to Britain. He recently returned to Nigeria to set up a communication company.
