House has anyone ever experienced this kind of situation before or know what we can do about it. Please I'm scared and my wife too is scared. We just did a scan today and it's the 3rd scan and the date is changing at each scan. This 3rd scan shows it's remaining a month and one day to complete 9 months. Please we are confused. Doctors specialists in the house please help

My last ANC on Thurs I demanded to have a scan to actually know my EDD without guessing and to also be on the safe side and I was referred to a lab which I went today and was told my EDD is actually 28August which also means my last period was in November not December as I tot.

Am still confused oo cos in December I had a normal 3day flow and now this does this mean I was pregnant and still seeing period? *Scratches head in confusion* and to top it off am yet to shop.
I need advice cos the very first scan I did showed 9th of Sept(this will be the second scan)

Daddy to be. There is no cause for alarm. Usually the date the scan says are just "expected dates", only God knows the actual date. However you can hold on to the very first date gotten from the first scan or the LMP calculated due date. Please tell mama to be not to be worried. If you do another scan tomorrow, the date would most likely be a different one. For more clarification, you can talk with your Dr as he/she is more aware of your medical history. I wish your wife a safe and supernatural delivery.

It's actually confusing at times. Maybe you should repeat the scan to see what comes up. From my LMP it says 31st, babycentre says 1st and my doctor says 4th. So, it can be really confusing.

Hello mama. This dates are just speculated date and not the actual. If you check the EDD should have +or - 2 weeks written on it. Though you should still do another scan by your 34th week or so.
So if its August or September, the prayer is Baby Alive, Mother Alive; Supernatural Delivery.
Yes it's very possible you were pregnant in November as I know persons who were pregnant and saw their flow for 4months before noticing they were preggy.

same happen to me... the very first scan I did, d dey told me dat according to d sac my last period is Dec 6, so my edd is sept, the second scan told me my edd is sept too and I saw my last period Jan. 6.. really confuse.

well some people do flush in WTC while other burry it n it should be done by d hubby on our site or if uve built ur own home n he shouldn't tell u d exact spot. My hubby buried my first n second on our then new sight he said he digged very deep so that all those site rat won't dig it out later. And he was very vigilant so that nobody will see him . cos people do use it for evil purpose. Hope this helps!

Just make it the first thing baby will take before breastmilk. Once they know taste of breastmilk it becomes hard to get them to take the coconut water.

Incase you miss the first time administration, give baby at anytime you want.

There is no reason to fear. Estimated due dates (EDD) calculated from late pregnancy scans can be incorrect.
Her due date can get less accurate the more pregnant she gets. Doctors usually work with your EDD calculated using your (LMP) Last Menstrual Period. Scan done within the first two-three months of the pregnancy are usually more accurate. If she doesn't remember her last menstrual period date, then the doctor relies on the EDD given by the very first scan she did.
But if her EDD dates now are wildly apart from her EDD previously calculated, as in, if the difference between both dates is too much, then you should talk to your doctor. But I don't think you have any reason to fret. It happens to almost all pregnant women.
The last scan I did gave me July 7th as my EDD, compared to my original EDD of August 2nd. The reason for the huge difference is because my baby's fetal length is really long. The sonographer said she is really tall. And fetal length is one of the factors used in calculating EDD. So it messed up my date. So please tell wifey to relax ehn

So as vigilante has continued; I started and completed mama Giddyperson 's diary. I wee lookout for the previous one if my FBI act can work that well. BUT I had a great time reading and was laughing all through. How's Giddybaby and hope the family is doing well.
