We av locked and unlocked iphone 4/4S. The unlocked ones are unlocked directly by apple and are like 30k more expensive dan d locked ones. The locked ones are unlocked by using a micro chip which u insert into d iphone along with ur sim. It requires some steps to get d network signal anytime u reboot or loose connection. Once u get network, everything starts working like d unlocked ones by apple. So if u want to save money like 30k, buy d ones with chip( they are so common around). U wont notice any difference in d fone unless u open d sim tray. The major drawback with d chipped iphones is dat u wont b able to upgrade anyhow. Once u upgrade, d chip might not work again cos apple might block it.

Ohhh. Infact my mind didnt go there. I thought he was replying a thread dat advertised htc $ case.

Infact i av so much mastered d chip now dat i now switch it off at night. After d first day i dialed 112, i havent dialed it. The step is now so easy.

Just put on d fone, wait for d signal to show no service, go to phone settings, ,sim applications, click on "enter 112 mode" and wait. After like 15secs, d normal 112 msg will pop up, accept it and wait. U will now see the network but no bar. Wait for 1 min and check balance, while checking d balance, full bar will just show gbam!!! Ur balance will now show but wont call. All u av to do now is reboot. After rebooting, dont touch d fone for like 2min. After dat, press d home and u see ur full bar and start making ur call and start using siri.

This chip saves u like 35k. All u need to master is this few steps. By d time d sellers realise dat this my chip works fine, d price of locked iphone 4S will shoot up.

Also another advantage of this chip is dat it will activate an iphone 4S that has not been activated without jailbreaking
