Vacation vocation simply means that opportunity to do another or related kind of job while you are on vacation (Leave).
It affords one the freedom to learn a new thing e.g an Admin. Person trying his hands in project management,teaching,or even volunteering. I first read learnt about it in Harvard Business Review magazine. This year need a vacation vocation that dont necessarily need to be paid for.

is that not an oxymoron to work on vacation?! what is the point of going on holiday if you are still working?! i am lost!

Truly, most Nigerians had rather use that time for quick business, even if it involves travelling.

Others use their vacation time for further studies.

The duration is just too short to hold a secondary job, unless its something like volunteering or filling in for someone on maternity leave.

The other jobs you mentioned like data entry or online research can as well be done from home, even while at your regular job.
