Please I need an estimate of how much this design will cost should I want to build this with you next year most likely starting July next year or earlier.

I need a rough or actual estimate.. But the thing is, the land is 2 plots of land in Ibeju area... I already bought a plan for one with an open terrace and glass/20%concrete mini house at the top but I don't know how safe this is and if the house not having a roof will be ok...

I have been following your thread for a while now and I like the way you do your work...

Some people say they are the best, they are expensive though at N3,500/sqm for classic and a typical 2 nos duplex been
500sqm (estimate) puts roofing sheets alone at N1.75m, and accessories+installation, you could be looking at total of N2m.

Anyone got figures for other similar good quality roof tiles?
