This project is located within Lekki Penisula Estate otherwise known as FEMAB Estate, Ogombo. The project has being on for while now at roofing Stage. Just the same concept with this: A wing Duplex+ Flat. How I wish I ve met this guy for long, I would ve do similar for just this completed project. After spending over 1m on Cast-in situ u will need to plaster which require attetion of VERY good bricklayer to achive those angles. But with this pre cast no plaster require

But please explain, how is the pre-cast done?
I have seen how concrete parapet is done but I have never seen one with pre-cast.. Thanks.

I also saw some Aventures explanation on how the pre-cast is installed.. so I am having good ideas between concrete parapets and pre-cast parapets now.. Thanks very much.

This particular column is being done in the similar process of precast. neither carpenter nor bricklayer involved in the construction. No plastering require but design paining.....watch out for finishing

No reinforcement and plywood required just quarter rod
