Just read ur posting now.i m happy to tell you that i m presently studying and leaving in Sweden.Unfortunately though, you cannot come here for a first degree (Bsc) studies has u will need knowledge of Swedish language which i know surely well that u dont have.You can only do a Master's degree here.So i will advice you look somewhere else to do ur studies.I hope this helps!

What if he's able to study the Swedish language while he's still in Nigeria? (I believe I've about people who studied Japanese and eventually got themselves admission into Japanese universities.)

Well..... it's not just the langauge that matters though it is the most important thing.Apart from not been able to get to learn the Swedish outside sweden( cos it is not a widely spoken language) as I dont think there is any means of learning it in Nigeria at least to the best of my knowledge. The other thing is that the high school educational systtem here differs alot from that in Nigeria so there might be some discrepancies in the education and such maybe expected to complete some years before he can be taken into Uni here.The fact is High schol here is basically designed for Swedes themselves.it is a straight 12 yr studies

To me, i think it is always good to come in here with a Bsc as it easily reconciliable with University edu here.So i still strongly advice you look some where else for ur studies if u still insist in Studying abroad for ur first degree.

I intend applying for a master program in sweden,finland,Germany or any free tution fee institution.How easy is this.I would hv like to apply and get admitted this year if possible.

@Ehiwere, "free tution fee institution" come on, where on earth is edu free?  You'd become international student the minute you leave your country.  The fees for international student if high.  Here in London, it is as high as £12000 per annum (Two semesters) for 3/4 years 12k x 3 = 36k for BSc, BA, BEng.
The UK law do not allow international students to work more than 16hrs a week.  Besides, if you work too hard your studies will suffer.  Do google search

Tuition fee is a reality so dontthink its not. I infact have a few friends who are already there.
