As an invigilator in one of the centres I can say that this might be true. However, a new hurdle is created if the average score is too high.

Guys, from what i heard from a reliable source, that the question paper that was presented at the examination day was a switched alternative, so those who got expo of the answers to Jamb examination have all been scammed cos Jamb changed their question paper 2 days to the exam when they noticed the rate at which student got expo.
So that means we might just witness another mass failure on jamb this year.

When i read this post, i was @first laughing, later my face changd coz it's a rumor, it mayb true, it may nt. It maybe true in the sense that when i finished writin my paper, my expectation is ntn less than a 350. And it may nt be true, coz, 1. Jamb allegedly changd d paper b4 d exam<and there's a proof because d maths was very simple, and i also observd sometins dat jamb wouldnt have done delibrately>, secondly, d prose dat was recomended for U.O.E was nt used.... And lastly, afta the paper, someone posted somethin on my fb wall and it starts with 'maths type B', whereas colour were used as type. Whichever way, i'm getting admitted this year.

If this is true, then I think the standards of the exam is falling drastically. 80% scoring above 250 in UTME when only 10% can only manage to get 5 credits in the just released NECO GCE? Is the standard of NECO's questions now higher than UTME.
