pls i need help from the techies.
My boss has a trojan (I assume) on his pc. At first, if i start up the system 2 cmd windows pop up with mdm.exe as the header. it then shuts down the system. i deleted the mdm.exe app on C:/ Windows and now it doesn't shut down the system. Anytime i try to run msconfig or regedit the system shuts down. i also can't open command prompt and i can't even open safe mode with command prompt. i'm not so techie so i'm not sure of the details i need to give.

its a hp desktop running on xp and the av is mcafee. pls how can i get rid of this?

at the back of the pc is a ventilator if too much dust gathers it cannot rotate well that causes overheating.
its not always a virus its sometimes a technical problem

download a specifically trojan removal software not antivirus from " http://www.simplysup.co" or there's always a final resort "format"

worst antivirus ever. my system came with it preinstalled. i uninstall it immediately anytime i have to recover my machine.
