International Conference Center, Umuahia Abia State! The total capacity is about 9000. Main hall is 5000 and the rest about 4000 sitting capacity. It will be the the 2nd best in the country after the one in Abuja. We were highly impressed with this project. Igbo state governors should endeavor to put up landmark essential buildings at all times. This project will be ready in December.
