where ra all those that claim to be car dealer and even those that claim to have bought or sold their car in the past?.

if am not mistaken.I jst bought a used jeep ysday,although am not in 9ija for now but the guy that sold the vehicle to
me said it'll cost 20k to do change of ownership and it has to be done in alausa.any how sum1 else might give us some input.
