Plz i just got a london used bold 3 and everything was working fine but suddenly just stopped browsing and the blackberry messenger equally diss appeared from my phone,anytime i tried to browse i get a message that tells me to connect my wi fi which i have done but still cant access d net again on my bb.What should i do? |

Pls i sincerely need ur help. My Htc HD7 windows phone hardly receives network. And it does, the apps like fb, eskimi, and others rarely opens. |

Hi I bought bb bold5 and it just went off and start blinking Red light led and have been tried many ways to fix it but all my effort to fix proved abortive. Please is there still solution to it. Phone model-blackberry Bold 5 Model number-9900 I will be highly appreciate if this phone can be fix because is not even up to 2months when I bought it then. Thanks Ayowale |

pasqal88: my bold 2 heats up wen i'm in 3g mode but it normal wen i'm using edge, wats up wit it 3G connection uses more battery and resource power, hence your device getting hot when in 3G mode. Only use 3G for downloads, and EDGE(2.5G) for other data functions. The 3G signal mast your phone is tapping from is either further away from your device or not sending out strong signals. |

My Blackberry 9900 HAS SOFTWARE ISSUE AT ONE POINT BUT WAS FIXED HOWEVER THE BOTH THE INBUILT MEMORY AND EXTRA MEMORY WERE DAMAGE PLEASE WHERE DO I GO TO REPLCAE THE INBUILT MEMORY AND WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT IT WILL WORK PERFECTLY FINE ONCE REPLACED. |
